Started the journey in 2020 offloading their 5 room hdb. Using partial of the proceeds, we swapped to a 3 bedder New Launch in tampines.

In 2023, we sold the 3 bedder New launch unit before the project obtained TOP, and cashed out more than $300k profit!

Now, they used partial of the cash proceeds again and owned another New Launch condo unit valued at $2mil, cheaper than surrounding resale condo prices!

Looking forward to grow their wealth in 3 years time.
