Before I went into real estate, I worked in corporate sales. Back then, most of my salary was used to help my parents pay for their home loan and my father’s medical bills. Every day was a struggle to balance my finances and I was nowhere close to achieving my financial goals.

However the truth was that my passion lay elsewhere, career-wise. You see, since young, I was always fascinated by beautifully designed homes and the many different styles that they came in. Not long after, I decided to take the leap into the real estate industry.

It was not easy at the start, but after consistent hard work, I found a system for property investing that works for myself and my clients. Through the years, I developed my expertise and found myself helping more and more people each year.

I also put my knowledge into practice for myself as a property investor. For example, in 2021 I bought a condo unit at $23K above market rate, even when interest rates were high. But my analysis of market trends paid off, as just five months later, a similar unit on a lower floor was sold for $120K more than what I had paid.
